12/19…9:59 am…Zone 3…Rainbow Place…BIS received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a member’s house. White GMC Sierra with CO plates, dark tinted windows, occupied by a HM wearing a red plaid shirt. Driver acted nervous when he saw the patrol vehicle, drove slowly North on Alsace Way. BIS Officer logged license plate and other vehicle identifying features for future reference. Shared information with all Officers. No other contact or further reports received on the vehicle.

12/22…12:36 am…Zone 6..Shoreham Court…BIS member called BIS Office stating that his vehicle was broken into within the last hour, gun taken from the vehicle. No suspect description, member filed a report with CSPD. BIS Officer patrolled area throughout the shift and passed on info to other BIS Officers to alert them to be aware of vehicle break-in in the area.
12/23…4:04 am…Zone 6…Star Ranch Road…BIS Officer contacted a WM, 30s, brown hair and beard, wearing black pants and a blue/black checkered flannel shirt. WM was laying in the grass behind a closed business. When asked if he needed help male replied he needed the police and to call 911. Upon talking to him further male would not state why he needed the police just that “you are about to be f....d up”. Male was asked if he was threatening the Officer and he replied “no but that guy behind you is”. No other people were in the area. CSPD was called for a welfare check but the male left before they arrived. CSPD was cancelled. Suspicious male not seen in the area before. He did state he was homeless. Male left the area and was not seen again.
