10/15…7:42 pm…Zone 4…Cypress Lane: BIS Officer received two phone calls from different BIS members reporting a well-dressed male with a backpack walking down the street and behaving in an abnormal manner. No further description. BIS officer arrived in the area at 8:07 pm to attempt to locate the person. Officer patrolled numerous streets searching but was unable to make contact or locate the male. No other calls were received. The officer cleared at 8:20 pm.
10/15…10:19 pm…Zone 9…Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Road: Received a call from a BIS member that four juveniles were standing in the front yard of the member's residence. The member advised that when an attempt to contact the juveniles was made, they ran to two different vehicles and left the area. Vehicles were described as a dark colored truck and a dark sedan. No description of the juveniles. BIS officer arrived at 10:30 pm. Officer observed yard work and fiber optic construction in the immediate area. The officer checked the construction equipment and materials which appeared to be intact and undamaged. Surrounding streets were checked in an attempt to locate the vehicles and juveniles but no vehicles or individuals were observed in the area. No other calls were received. Officer cleared at 10:36 pm. Officer monitored the area the remainder of the night. No other contact was made.

10/17…3:34 pm…Zone 5…Mayfield Lane: Received a call from ADT security about a garage door burglary alarm at a member's residence. Homeowner was contacted by BIS Officer while enroute to the address. The member stated that the housekeeper should be on site. BIS officer arrived at 3:42 pm. Upon arrival, the BIS Officer noted that the alarm was not audible. Perimeter check of the residence indicated no signs of forced entry, all doors and windows were secure, and no one was observed inside the house. The homeowner was called back and advised all was secure and no one (including housekeeper) was present at the house. The officer cleared at 3:47 pm.
