11/19…10:15 am…Zone 9…Cheyenne Mountain Blvd: Received a call about a suspicious individual on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd, between the golf courses. Described as a bald white male wearing tattered clothing, last seen walking West. BIS officer arrived in the area at 10:20 am and located the male was at Old Stage Road and Hill Drive. Male was observed jumping up and down talking to himself. When contacted male stated he was fine and declined any assistance. Male was observed walking to the gravel portion of Old Stage Road, turned around and continued walking east on the road. The reporting party was called back and informed that the male was located and appeared to be leaving the area. Cleared at 10:35am. Officer conducted additional patrols in this area throughout his shift and had no other contact with the male and no other calls received.
11/19…12:21 pm…Zone 9…Cheyenne Mountain Blvd: Received a burglar alarm at a residence from Xfinity security. Multiple alarms coming from the front door, kitchen door, living and dining room and stairwell motion alarms. BIS officer arrived at 12:25 pm and inspected the outside of the residence. No signs of a break in upon checking the exterior doors and windows. Workers in the area stated they saw a white 4 door Jeep Wrangler that left the driveway of the residence, last seen going west towards Penrose Blvd. Homeowner was contacted by phone and advised that his wife had stopped by and forgot to turn off the alarm. Cleared at 12:40 pm.
11/20…9:07 am…Zone 6: Received a call from a BIS member regarding a forest fire they can see from their house on Marland Road. Stated the fire appears to be in the Broadmoor Bluffs neighborhood and they were going to call 911 as well. BIS officer drove to the area of Broadmoor Valley Road, no signs of fire or smoke seen in the area, no other calls received.

11/24…12:23 pm…Zone 7…Lake Ave and First Street: Received video from a BIS member’s doorbell camera of two suspicious individuals who rang the doorbell. One of the individuals on the video attempted to block the camera. Neither person was known to the resident. Video showed a white or Hispanic male in his 30’s/40’s wearing jeans, tan jacket and a light-colored hoodie with the hood up, black mustache. Second person was a white female in her 30’s/40’s with dirty blonde hair wearing jeans, multi-colored light brown flannel jacket, blue scarf, carrying a blue and white bag/purse. No other calls were received about these individuals in the area.
