11/26…12:17 pm…Zone 1…Hazel Ave: BIS officer contacted a BM 30’s/40’s wearing dark grey sweatpants and matching zip up hoodie. Male was observed looking around and appeared to be lost, waving his cell phone around. Male stated he was waiting for his cousin to come back to his vehicle after a job interview in the area. The vehicle was a gold Ford Crown Victoria parked behind the Figure Skating Museum. Male was very polite, did not need any assistance.
11/27…9:23 am…Zone 2…Gentry Lane: Received a call from a BIS member requesting that an officer go to their residence. Their house sitter had found some suspicious items by a tree on the property. The BIS officer arrived at 9:35 am and found a black leather bag containing a half-eaten pumpkin with a plastic fork and an empty bottle of juice on the ground. Also, a black ribbon had been tied to a tree branch and a Halloween spider decoration placed on a bush. No one was seen in the area or on the cameras around the property. No report of anyone suspicious in the area. Items were thrown away and the area checked for any individuals in the area.
11/28…7:02 pm…Zone 1…Maple Ave: Received a call from a BIS member regarding a male seen on their doorbell camera. Described as a Hispanic male with no further description. Male was asking about a TV for sale. Male was told he was at the wrong address and left the house. The BIS officer arrived at 7:09 pm and began checking numerous side streets as well as checking the exterior of the member’s house. Unable to locate the male in the area. No other calls were received. BIS member was called back and advised the male was not located and the house was secure. Cleared at 7:25 pm.

11/30…12:06 am…Zone 9…Old Stage Road: During patrol the BIS officer noticed a suspicious vehicle, dark blue Chevy Cruze with CO plates, occupied by two individuals. Upon seeing the patrol vehicle, the driver turned off the lights and parked on the side of the road. The vehicle was observed for several minutes, no unusual activity seen, appeared to be looking at the view of the city lights. Never seen this vehicle in the area before. The vehicle left the area after several minutes.
