Male was described as a white male wearing a maroon hoodie and carrying a yellow-colored bag. The BIS Officer did not observe the male doing anything suspicious at that time. BIS Officer checked the Colorado Springs School field but did not see or hear anyone in the area. The unoccupied Toyota vehicle was not blocking any driveways and was legally parked. The BIS Officer had never seen this vehicle in the area before. Officer checked on the vehicle numerous times throughout the night, noting it remained legally parked and that no one came back to the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to have possibly been abandoned. The reporting member called the BIS Officer back at 9:25 am to report the vehicle was still parked in the same area. BIS Officer provided information to the member on how to file a report online to CSPD/Code Enforcement if the member wanted to.
