BIS officers request that you call the BIS office at 719-634-4000 or contact us by email at bis80906@earthlink.net when you return from a trip. Please leave a message if an officer is not available and they will return your call to coordinate a time for secure hand delivery of your mail, packages, and newspapers that were stored with BIS while you were away.

We want to ensure your mail and packages remain secure, and hand delivery is always our preferred method. However, we are happy to accommodate your preferences and can place items in an obscure area at your home if requested.

If your return home is delayed, no problem—BIS will continue to collect and store your items until you arrive or provide further instructions.
All service requests will be replied to via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours please contact the BIS office.
